2. Dwayne Aristode

How about we dive into the first of many five-star players on this list?

Dwayne Aristode is a five-star forward who according to On3 is a top 10 player in the entire class. Aristode is a rather new name to the Michigan State recruiting scene, but it appears Spartan fans should get to know him very quickly.

Aristode recently announced two official visits, with Michigan State’s occurring during the weekend of the football team’s first game from Aug. 29-31.

While it’s amazing news to seemingly be in Aristode’s top two, it’s a little scary considering Duke is the other team right there with Michigan State. I don’t need to remind you how many recruits MSU has lost to the Blue Devils over the years, so as long as they’re involved it’s probably smart to not get too excited.

Aristode did however go into great detail about his recruitment with Izzo and MSU, even sharing that Izzo’s told him, “He (Izzo) likes my feel for the game, they tell me that I play the game the right way and that I’m a mature player.”

Like I said however, this isn’t a player I’d get too excited over just yet. We’ll soon find out how his visit to Michigan State goes at the end of this month, but until then it’s probably best to keep our emotions and hopes reserved.
