Where does Hadley stand now?

The next turn of events in Hadley's recruitment was seemingly another good sign for MSU. The two crystal ball predictions on 247Sports that I mentioned are now nowhere to be seen. On April 9th, Justin Thind changed his crystal ball from Iowa State to undecided. The Iowa State insider then followed suit the morning of April 10th as well. So this made it seem that there was no current leader in Hadley's recruitment.

So what does this change in predictions mean? Unfortunately that was answered late Saturday night when Jon Rothstein dropped this bombshell of an announcement.

According to Jon, Michigan State is officially out of the running in Hadley’s recruitment as he has shifted his focus to USC and Louisville. With as weird as this recruitment has been, maybe this last second change shouldn’t surprise anyone.

Even though this is bad news for MSU, I don’t belive there is any reason to panic. The Spartans are in on many other transfers, including Frankie Fidler who was on campus this weekend and will announce his commitment Monday morning. No matter what happens, Izzo has plenty of time to find his guy so there is no need for concern quite yet.
