4. Large Spartan (both colors)

Perhaps it’s what happened on the field when the Spartans wore these is the reason I like them so much, but then again, they wore the inverse against Michigan in 2022 and still looked great.

Whether its the green decal on the green helmet or the white-on-white variant, the oversized spartan head just works especially when the helmet color matches the jersey and pants.

This look has become a yearly staple for Mel Tucker’s teams and I expect nothing less in 2023.

Let’s hope that the next time the Spartans wear there, it’s more of a 2021 Michigan result rather than the one from last season in Ann Arbor. The green-on-green large Spartan head still screams “Kenneth Walker III touchdown” five times over.
