Joey Hauser: C+

Like Mady Sissoko, Joey Hauser was fairly bad on offense. He couldn’t get anything to go and finished just 3-for-13 from the floor.

Hauser air-balled a couple of shots and just looked out of sorts offensively, but the one positive I will say about this side of the court for the senior forward is the fact that he didn’t stop shooting. A year ago, Joey would see a couple of shots miss and he’d turtle shell and wouldn’t have any confidence to keep shooting. It’s good to see that’s not an issue anymore.

Defensively, he held his own but the one major positive from his game on Saturday was his rebounding which has been really good this year. He has improved on defense quite a bit, but his rebounding is the second-strongest part of his game.

Hauser did have seven points and 10 rebounds and, hey, another positive is the fact that he finished with no turnovers. Not a terrible game, but far from one of his best.
