Michigan State Football: Post-2021 season transfer portal tracker
There has already been plenty of movement in the transfer portal for Michigan State football so why not track it all? We’ve got you covered.
If you’re a Michigan State football fan, you have to get used to a ton of attrition every year thanks to the transfer portal. We will see plenty of players enter the portal and Mel Tucker will also take a stab at landing some of the top transfers on the market.
Through the early weeks of December, the Spartans have already landed four transfers in the portal. All four have a good chance to play major snaps in 2022 and beyond.
Will any transfer have the same effect that Kenneth Walker III did on Michigan State this season? Probably not seeing as he’s a once-in-a-lifetime player. He wasn’t the only major transfer addition last offseason for Tucker and Co. as Jarrett Horst started plenty on the offensive line, Maliq Carr came on at the end of the year, Quavaris Crouch started most of the year, and Ronald Williams had his moments of playing well.
Michigan State heads into the Peach Bowl with a lot on the line in terms of momentum for the 2022 season as well as a potential New Year’s Six win to sell to recruits and transfers.
With that in mind, let’s take a look at who has transferred in and out with our portal tracker.
