2. Kenneth Walker III has been the most exciting player to watch

If you asked a college football fan who has watched a lot of different teams this year who the most exciting player in the nation has been, they’d probably say Kenneth Walker III.

Earlier in the season, there were other options like Bijan Robinson, Blake Corum, Zach Charbonnet, or TreVeyon Henderson. Guys like Jameson Williams, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Chris Olave, Khalil Shakir, Matt Corral, and Bryce Young also fit into that “exciting” and “explosive” category. But there has been no one as consistently exciting and explosive as Walker.

Walker played behind a shaky line and still had eight 100-yard games, two 200-plus yard games, and four 170-plus yard games. He finished with 19 total touchdowns and how some incredibly explosive moments that caught the attention of college football fans everywhere.

Whether it was the 75-yard touchdown run on the first play of the season against Northwestern to highlight his 264-yard day or his 94-yard touchdown run against Rutgers or even his 197 yards and five touchdowns to help Michigan State come back from down 16 against Michigan, he was exciting and explosive all season long.

There was not a more consistently exciting player to watch and two of his sub-100-yard games were because of lack of carries (Youngstown State, Ohio State) rather than production.
