Which football positions would Michigan State basketball players line up at?

Julius Marble, Offensive Line

Yes, an offensive line with Julius Marble and Xavier Tillman would be nearly impenetrable. The past of Michigan State and the future of Spartan big men would protect the quarterback, Josh Langford at all costs. Again, these guys would, at the very least, be a menacing-looking duo up front and would also be able to create huge gaps for Rocket to run through.

Thomas Kithier, Tight End

Is it bad to have two tight ends? To be honest, I don’t really know where to place Kithier. I could throw another guy on the offensive line, but that would be boring. We’ve seen Kithier be in the right spot at the right time on the MSU basketball team and I think he’d be that guy at the tight end position. He’s the guy that the defense forgets about and catches a 60-yard reception.

Marcus Bingham, Punter

I’m sorry Marcus, but I have to look out for your physical well-being here. There are some sports guys just weren’t mean to play, and football is that sport for you. For me, it was basketball since I didn’t grow until age 18.

And that’s OK, you’re an incredibly athletic big man and I know you’ll be great for years to come in the green and white. But regardless, I have to put you at punter so that you can walk past the age of 40.
