Xavier Tillman, Offensive Line

I intentionally grouped Xavier Tillman and Josh Langford together, since they’re both guys who could or could not play for the green and white in 2020.

The first of the two, Tillman, would be an offensive lineman in my eyes. I know, it’s a pretty boring position, but it makes sense. He’s huge down low and a physical defender. One of the best we’ve seen in East Lansing in a while. I think this actually translates to offensive line, since he’d be physical with the defensive lineman while protecting the quarterback all game long.

Josh Langford, Quarterback

If Josh isn’t the quarterback, who else? He’s the perfect fit. A team captain, a guy who works relentlessly and has (probably) the highest IQ on the team. Not to mention, he plays an extremely disciplined game and would know the playbook like the back of his hand.

Josh is the kind of player who could be an average quarterback but still lead a team to success. That’s not to say he’d be a bad quarterback, just a testament to his leadership abilities. He’s been leading a top 10 MSU basketball team from a walking boot for two years now.
