I’ve been high on Cam Chambers for years. The sophomore wide out from New Jersey was one of the highest-rated commits in the Spartans’ 2016 class, but has been quiet for the fist couple years of his Michigan State career but if there was ever a time for him to bust through and have a huge game, it’s against the Hoosiers.

Indiana will be focusing on Darrell Stewart Jr., Felton Davis III and Cody White and that could mean the backups at receiver could get some play. Chambers is a guy to watch for, but I also think CJ Hayes could have a big game.

Last season, Chambers had just five catches for 66 yards, but after a nice spring, it looked as if he’d have a much larger role in 2018. That hasn’t been the case, but he could join the mix on Saturday night.

Expect Chambers to finally crack the receptions column on the season and finish with four or match his five from last year and approach the 50-60 yard mark. This is just going off a hunch, but he could have his best game as a Spartan.
