Jackson is a 6-foot-1, 185-pound cornerback from the talent-ridden state of Georgia who has ideal length and aggressiveness for a Big Ten cornerback.

With Justin Layne entering his junior year, we could see Josiah Scott and Jackson starting at both cornerback positions two years from now. He’s just that good.
