Michigan State travels to Columbus on Saturday afternoon to take on the No. 13 Buckeyes. Here’s how you can watch the game online.

The last time Michigan State and Ohio State met in Columbus, they were essentially playing for their College Football Playoff lives. The Spartans ended up winning on a last-second field goal by Michael Geiger which still haunts Urban Meyer to this day.

Ohio State exacted some revenge last season, although the Spartans finished the year just 3-9. The Buckeyes won 17-16, thanks to a failed two-point conversion by Michigan State which was going for the win instead of a tie and overtime.

Things are much different this season, though. The Spartans are contenders again and it’s because of a resurgent defense, a budding star at quarterback in Brian Lewerke and head coach Mark Dantonio. The 11th-year head coach might just be doing his best job yet.

The Spartans and Buckeyes are both 7-2 overall and 5-1 in Big Ten play, making Saturday afternoon’s matchup one of the biggest in recent memory. The Buckeyes are 17-point favorites, but can the Spartans overcome that and beat Ohio State?
