It has been widely-noted that four-star running back Jarell White from Cincinnati, Ohio, loves the Spartans.

In fact, Matt Dorsey contributed an article to the Detroit Free Press regarding the relationship between White and the Spartans — let’s just say it’s a strong one.

"“I love Michigan State,” White said. “It is a great school and I love the coaching staff. I am sure I will be talking with them more this fall and, hopefully, I will get a scholarship offer. I have had some conversations with him and I went up for a visit last fall. I will be attending a game this fall too.”"

Well, White wasn’t lying as he’s expected to be in Easy Lansing for the big game on Saturday night and many believe he’s a scholarship offer away from pledging to the Spartans.

Although White splits carries at running back, he’s been proving his worth on the defensive side of the ball as well. According to Dorsey, however, he finished the 2014 season with just over 1,000 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns.

The relationship between MSU and the four-star running back from Ohio seems to keep getting stronger and I believe this will be the weekend Dantonio gives him an offer and he accepts.
