The NCAA Tournament is here, and that means that fans all over the country are filling out one, or two, or even 10 brackets as we speak. The tournament officially starts on Tuesday with the First Four games, but the heart of the tournament will begin on Thursday with the Round of 64.

Ad fans are filling out brackets; it seems coaches are too. Just like everyone else, coaches are a fan of the tournament as well, and Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo says he always fills out two brackets, one with his head and one with his heart.

It makes sense that the bracket Izzo has made with his heart has Michigan State winning it all; however, he always fills out the one using his head the night before the tournament starts. However, Izzo would say not to bet the bracket he made with his heart because it isn't very good, even though he has the Spartans winning it all.

Michigan State will have some tough teams to work through in the East Region

The East Region in the NCAA Tournament is certainly stacked with top-tier teams and top-tier coaches. With teams like Duke, UConn, St. John's, Kansas, and Michigan State all in one region, it makes it pretty hard to try to decide who is going to come out in that part of the bracket.

Izzo is making sure he doesn't look past the first round, though, stating that the first game is always the hardest. The Spartans are set to face North Dakota State in the first round, and if they win that matchup, the second round won't be much easier.

Michigan State could face 6-seed Louisville in the second round, or even 11-seed USF, which has been on a hot streak as of late. There always seems to be one Cinderella team, and in this East Region, it wouldn't be surprising if it were either team from Florida, UCF, or USF.

The Spartans are going into this with some solid momentum, but it will take a lot to get out of the region that, in all honesty, looks like a complete gauntlet.
