3. Jordan Scott

One recruitment I’m feeling confident in is four-star top 50 forward Jordan Scott. The reason for my confidence is simply because of the schools Michigan State is currently up against.

Scott recently released his top three which consisted of MSU, Maryland, and Virginia Tech. Neither of those schools scare me, but they both have one thing in their favor that the Spartans don’t have which is proximity to home. If Scott wants to play college ball closer to home, then Michigan State will be out of luck considering he is from Virginia.

However, one thing on Michigan State’s side is that they are getting the last official visit on Oct. 4. The last visit for a recruit sometimes is an indication of who their top choice currently is, so hopefully that is the case here.

So combining Michigan State receiving the last visit with the two schools MSU is up against, I think the Spartans stand a solid chance to win this recruitment. No predictions have been made by any recruiting experts yet, but I’ve got a good feeling about this one.
