5. Chris McCorkle, CB

Four-star cornerback Chris McCorkle is another interesting recruitment to keep an eye on. Similarly to Kanka, McCorkle has been committed to another Big Ten program in Indiana since April 26. However, he is still planning on taking his official visit scheduled to East Lansing on June 14.

According to On3, McCorkle is the No. 378 player in the country as well as the No. 33 corner in his class. He also is the No. 54 overall player from the super talented state of Florida.

Michigan State is the only other school outside of Indiana to be bringing McCorkle in on an official visit. I have to admit, it is a little strange that a talented prospect from Florida is only considering MSU and Indiana, but maybe that’s to the Spartans' benefit.

Indiana is not known for being a good football program, so I think a flip in this recruitment is far more likely than with Kanka, but we’ll have to wait and see how his visit goes next month before we get too excited.
