4. Bobby Kanka, DL

How about we move on to an in-state prospect? Bobby Kanka is another four-star prospect, this time on the defensive line.

He is from Howell, Mich., and is the No. 3 player from the state of Michigan. He also is the No. 312 player in the country as well as the No. 27 defensive lineman in his class.

Unfortunately for Michigan State, Kanka has been committed to Michigan since last August, so this will be an extremely tough recruitment to flip in their favor. But Kanka will visit MSU on June 14 then will take a visit to Tennessee on June 21.

So even though he’s been committed to Michigan for nearly a year now, the Spartans still have a chance even if it’s a slim one. However, you never know what could happen after all the coaching changes Michigan has seen since the season ended, so I won’t say Michigan State stands zero chance to win this recruitment.
