3. Jeff Exinor, WR

Third on the list is four-star wide receiver Jeff Exinor who is from Baltimore, Md., and is a high-profile recruit many programs are hard after.

According to On3, he is the No. 275 player in the country as well as the No. 38 wide receiver. Exinor also is the No. 6 player from Maryland.

Michigan State will get the first official visit for Exinor, which begins next weekend on May 31. He will then take three more visits to Penn State, Syracuse, and Maryland.

Michigan State once again has some ground to make up in this recruitment, but maybe not as much as with Wallace-Coleman. According to On3, Penn State just overlook Maryland as the team to beat in this recruitment, but they only give the Nittany Lions a 30 percent chance to win this battle.

But Michigan State has wide receiver coach Courtney Hawkins recruiting him hard, which in my opinion gives MSU a great chance to win this recruitment. And what a huge win this would be as Exinor has the rare ability to play both wide receiver and tight end at the next level.
