4. Jase Richardson

Moving on to another freshman we have Jase Richardson who had a very good summer at Moneyball. The tough thing with analyzing the potential for Richardson next season is that I don't think he'll get much playing time regardless of how he does because of all the players in front of him on the depth chart. But what he showed at Moneyball should at the very least be exciting for the future.

Richardson averaged 26.8 points per game this summer which included hitting 1.6 threes per game as well. Overall this is about as good as you could hope for from an incoming freshman.

Richardson also showed that he can handle the ball extremely well and score from the outside and inside on offense as well. His game looked pretty polished for someone still so young, which like I said is an amazing sign for his future.

We'll see later this year if Tom Izzo gives him much playing time or not, but so far Richardson looks like a player who is going to end up being a very great Spartan by the time his career is complete.
