These next four teams are where the excitement ramps up even more because all of these teams were legit threats to win it all come NCAA Tournament time. This team, however, did not get the chance to do so as the tournament was canceled thanks to COVID-19.

The next four teams are the most difficult for me to rank, but I have to draw the line somewhere. And unfortunately, that line was drawn at Cassius Winston's senior year season.

Now don't get me wrong, this team was excellent. They were co-Big Ten champions and the co-betting favorites to win it all when the NCAA Tournament got canceled. But this elite team had some inconsistencies and hiccups throughout the season that made me pause for a second. A final record of 22-9 (14-6) isn't all that great compared to other teams, and at one point this team lost four out of five games, something the final three teams on this list didn't do.

There is a good argument to have this team slotted higher, and I would not be upset by that at all, but for me, this squad is just slightly worse than the ones remaining on this list.
