Small forward: Frankie Fidler

This is where we get to have some fun and speculate about who could be on the team next year that wasn't this past season. However at this point, it is looking more and more likely that Frankie Fidler will be a Spartan next year.

He is about a week removed from his offiial visit to Michigan State that reportedly went extremely well. So much so that it appears the Spartans are the team trending in his recruitment. Wisconsin was the other team to keep an eye on, but Fidler's high school teammate Chucky Hepburn just entered the transfer portal himself which makes Wisconsin less likely to land Fidler.

Fidler will be a guaranteed starter if he does commit to MSU. He is coming off a season where he averaged an impressive 20.1 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. The Spartans do not currently have a small forward on their roster anywhere close to that level of production, so this starting sport is Fidler's for the taking.

Fidler also will see a vast majority of the minutes at this position as well. A minimum of 30 minutes per game will be coming his way if not more, but he is without a doubt up to the task.
