Linebacker 1: Jordan Turner
The first linebacker I’m projecting to be a starter this fall for Michigan State is you guessed it, another transfer in Jordan Turner.
Turner is a transfer from Wisconsin who spent four seasons with the Badgers. He comes to Michigan State with one year of eligibility remaining and an impressive resume that should excite Spartan fans.
Throughout his career, Turner tallied 135 tackles including 12.5 for loss and five sacks. He’s also very solid in pass defense as he’s grabbed three interceptions and has six pass breakups to his name as well.
All of these stats came in 30 appearances for the Badgers which included 18 starts.
Turner will join a solid linebacker group for the season and is a huge addition from the portal. But he’s not the only starter I’m projecting at linebacker who just transferred to Michigan State.
