Jonathan Smith just can't stop landing recruits and transfers. After picking up two commitments on Sunday (one 2025 recruit and one transfer), the first-year Michigan State football landed 2025 three-star tight end Emmett Bork on Monday evening.

Just a day after picking up commitments from Old Dominion transfer Jalen Satchell and 2025 three-star linebacker Di'Mari Malone, the Spartans landed another 2025 prospect

Three-star tight end Emmett Bork committed to Michigan State over a few other Big Ten programs.

Bork was offered by Michigan State on May 9 and he committed just four days later. That should go to show that Smith and Co. can close on priority targets. They can offer and land a prospect within a handful of days and that's with other Big Ten programs like Illinois, Indiana, and Rutgers offering within the past week.

Brian Wozniak should be able to get pretty much whoever he pleases at tight end because of his resume. He just put a tight end in the NFL in 2023 and has potential All-Big Ten tight end Jack Velling in East Lansing after a breakout season with Oregon State. If he continues to develop NFL tight ends, there's a good chance it will be one of the strongest positions at Michigan State for years.

The 2025 recruiting class was at zero commitments just a month ago and now it's up to four with borderline four-star quarterback Leo Hannan and three-star in-state linebackers Charles White and Di'Mari Malone committed.

It feels like Smith is getting hot right before official visit season.
