1. Nick Marsh, 4-star WR

Are you surprised to see Nick Marsh at No. 1? You shouldn't be. He's that good.

The former Mel Tucker recruit who ended up de-committing last spring only to re-commit over the summer and then face yet another tough decision when the head coach who recruited him originally was fired was convinced by Jonathan Smith to remain committed. Marsh loved the hire of Smith and after meeting his new coach, he felt like it was only right to lock in.

And that's where he remains.

After just participating in the Army All-American Game, Marsh will be headed to East Lansing as an early enrollee. He signed with Michigan State on Wednesday, putting to ease any doubts that fans may have had about his future with the program. He's a Spartan -- and a good one.

Marsh comes in and fills a need at receiver with guys like Tre Mosley, Jaron Glover, Tyrell Henry, and Christian Fitzpatrick all gone. Montorie Foster, too, could decide to move on. The receiver room is fairly bare which means that Marsh could come in and start right away. I wouldn't even be shocked if that happened.

The uber-talented incoming freshman is going to make moves on the depth chart this spring and I think he could legitimately become Aidan Chiles' favorite target.
