Left Tackle: Jack Conklin

Moving on to the offensive line is when this gets really fun because the offensive line was elite under Mark Dantonio. While some positions earlier were up for debate, the left tackle position is not.

Jack Conklin quite frankly is the only option at left tackle. He had a historic season at Michigan State that spanned from 2012-2015 which surprisingly began as a walk on.

After his walk-on redshirt season in 2012, Conklin quickly climbed the depth chart at MSU. In 2013 he became a scholarship player and he then went on to record 38 starts in 39 appearances throughout his career. But it was his final season in 2015 as a junior that was his most impressive.

He helped lead Michigan State to a Big Ten championship and appearance into the College Football Playoff with an All-Big Ten first team season. But not only was he selected to the first team in the Big Ten, he was also a first-team All-American.

Conklin was then selected eighth overall in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans, the first Michigan State offensive lineman to be taken in the first round since 1989.

Like I said, there is plenty of room for debate throughout this list, but this is not one of those spots. Conklin probably has the left tackle spot locked down for all of history at Michigan State, and rightfully so.
