3 things I'm looking forward to seeing at Michigan State football's Spring Showcase

2. How do the new coaches look?

As I mentioned, I think everyone is most excited to see the new players on the team, with the fan favorite being Aidan Chiles, but I am also extremely excited to see the new coaching staff go to work as well.

Seeing Jonathan Smith run the team is going to be fun to watch and a breath of fresh air, but the rest of the coaching staff deserves some love too. Smith essentially brought in a brand new staff compared to who we all saw the last couple of years, so everything that we see during this event is going to be new.

What kind of drills is each coach going to run with their position groups? What kind of schemes will the offense and defense run? How hands on will Smith be with each group and where will most of his focus be? How will the players interact with the new coaches?

All of these things will finally be answered, at least partially, on Saturday, and this is yet another thing I can't wait to see.
