2. Malik Hall had the perfect Breslin farewell

While Malik Hall didn't want to partake in Senior Night festivities for the second straight year because he's more of a low-key kid who doesn't like attention, he did shine in the spotlight on Wednesday night.

If you remember in the first meeting with Northwestern this year, Hall finished with no points, no rebounds, no assists, no blocks, and no steals. He was blanked in about 25 minutes of action, leading to an 88-74 loss on the road. It was one of those head-scratching games that really kind of perked his season up. He hasn't looked like that since.

In fact, Hall has been the most consistent player on the roster ever since and he got some revenge for that earlier zero-everything performance on Wednesday night, scoring 15 points with a whopping 17 rebounds, two assists, and two blocks. Hall had the perfect farewell to the place he called home for the past five years.

Although his career hasn't been perfect with plenty of ups and downs, Hall had a Joey Hauser-like senior season in which he completely turned things around and became a fan favorite.

It's safe to say East Lansing is going to miss Hall.
