3 bold predictions for Michigan State football vs. Prairie View A&M
2. Prairie View scores zero points
As I mentioned, Michigan State should be able to dominate Prairie View in every aspect of the game on Saturday, especially on defense. The Spartans' defense so far this season has been better than the offense, and I fully expect them to play very well again on Saturday.
So far this season Prairie View has averaged 23 points per game, which isn’t bad by any means. But that was all against much lower competition compared to Michigan State.
Even with that being the case, it still will be very difficult to hold them scoreless. All it takes is one blown assignment from the defense or the offense to have a bad turnover that can lead to easy points for Prairie View, but I don’t think that will happen.
I predict Michigan State to hold Prairie View to zero points which will be even more impressive considering the Spartan’s backups should see a lot of playing time in this game.
