3 bold predictions for Michigan State football vs. Maryland in Week 2

3. Aidan Chiles completes at least 75 percent of his passes

The last prediction I'm going to make is that Aidan Chiles is going to have a big bounce back performance against Maryland. Chiles was not good against FAU, but a lot of the issues I was will be esily correctable this week.

Some of those mistakes include miscummunication with his receivers and throwing way too many deep balls that had a low chance of completion to begin with.

I think the offensive play calling will adjust to make Chiles' life easier in his first road start of his career, so I think that will help him be extremely efficient on Saturday. So my prediction is that Chiles will complete at least 75 percent of his passes, which would be a huge improvement from 42 percent against FAU.

Chiles did eclipse this mark three times last season at Oregon State, but those were only in games when he threw two total passes or less. So this would be the first time he's reached this mark when throwing a normal amount of passes in one game.
