3. Team chemistry is at an all-time high

Potentially one of the most important things from Michigan State’s trip to Spain had nothing to do with anything on the court.

It’s no secret how much team chemistry matters in sports. It can be the difference between being any other average team and being one of the best teams in the country. Any team that wants to be successful has to be very close to one another, almost like an actual family, and that’s exactly what happened with Michigan State on this trip.

Between their three basketball games the team did a lot of really fun activities and got to tour some of the hottest spots Spain has to offer. From days on the water to taking in some professional soccer and even seeing what the cities of Madrid and Valencia had to offer, Michigan State saw it all. And more importantly they did it together and I’m guessing made some lifelong memories along the way.

Here’s a quick sneak peak at what the team did throughout this trip, shared by Michigan State’s official basketball page.
