There seems to be talk every offseason about the elite culture that Tom Izzo has built within the Michigan State basketball community.

Former players are often seen working out with current players and even some future Spartans can be pictured working out with these legends. This culture has to be one of the best in sports because you don't often see different eras of players all working out together elsewhere, but it's the norm at Michigan State.

Further proof of this elite culture emerged over the weekend with one picture.

Spartan Hoops on X posted a picture of five Spartans from all different eras working out with another Michigan State legend's son who's part of the 2028 recruiting class.

All of these guys have taken different paths after Michigan State. Draymond Green has spent the past 15 or so years in the NBA, Cassius Winston is playing overseas after being drafted in 2020, Jaden Akins was an undrafted free agent this year and will likely get a G-League opportunity, Raymar Morgan played professionally overseas, and Mateen Cleaves Jr. will probably be a Spartan target in 2028.

It's wildly impressive to see completely different eras of Spartans together on the same floor, working out. Draymond and Raymar played over a decade ago in East Lansing, and Cassius' final year was in 2020 which was essentially the same time Akins got to campus.

Then there's Cleaves Jr. who could be one of the best guards in the 2028 class.

If anyone ever questions if Izzo has a great culture in East Lansing, just show them this picture. Truly one of the best cultures in all of college sports.
