It's a big day for gamers as EA Sports College Football 26 made its early release, and Michigan State football fans are getting an opportunity to turn the program around and lead the Spartans to a national title.

The best part about these new releases is seeing what changes are made to the game in terms of graphics, mechanics, and the overall gameplay experience.

Fortunately for EA Sports, they could do no wrong in the first edition of the game last year because it was the franchise's first release in a decade. Fans were just happy to have the game back so it didn't matter what the first edition looked or played like.

Fans will be more critical of College Football 26, however, as changes have been requested from last year's game, and if they're not addressed, EA Sports could lose some future consumers.

Unfortunately for Michigan State fans, zero changes were made to the stadium entrance in the new game which makes it feel very recycled and lazily put together. No, changes to the stadium walk-in aren't exactly necessary, but at least make the entrance a little different and not just copied and pasted.

The only difference is the angle of the camera and how zoomed in it is in the tunnel when the Spartans are about to take the field. Again, change was not necessarily needed, but it feels very lazy.

I get that the schools can submit changes to certain aspects of the game day experience and Michigan State may not have submitted anything, but having the exact same entrance feels boring. Maybe if the Spartans exceed expectations this season, the school will submit some cool new features for the stadium entrance and gameday atmosphere.

We've seen schools like Clemson and Virginia Tech get some cool upgrades to the team entrance and I think it's time Michigan State pushes for some.
