If you're sick of hearing about former Michigan staffer Connor Stalions, you're not alone.

The center of the Michigan cheating scandal has been making headlines for the past year, or so, and it feels like the twists and turns of the story just never end. Earlier this week, Stalions appeared on Taylor Lewan's podcast and spoke about his scandal and he also had some things to say about Michigan State football.

He stated that he tried to help Ohio State beat Michigan State back in 2021 after the Spartans took Michigan down in East Lansing to try and avoid a three-way tie atop the Big Ten standings.

That wasn't the only thing he said about the Spartans.

In fact, he also stated that "everybody in the Big Ten was stealing signs" but he went on to say that Michigan State and Iowa were the only teams that weren't.

This isn't a huge surprise considering Mel Tucker kind of fizzled out after the 2021 season as it felt like the rest of the conference was getting better while the Spartans were regressing. While it shows that Tucker had some integrity, along with Iowa, it explains a lot of the struggles against inferior opponents in 2022 and 2023.

Is Stalions just saying this to ruffle some feathers or is it true? It's tough to believe anything that comes out of his mouth anymore but it's interesting that he would say something positive about the Spartans.

Either way, it's pretty interesting that Michigan State remained one of the two teams in the Big Ten that didn't cheat even though everyone seemed to know Michigan was doing it.
