The Connor Stalions saga is continuing (for some reason) and while the ex-Michigan staffer is no longer with the program, we hear more interesting stories about him daily.

Most of these stories don't pertain to Michigan State football so Spartan fans have stayed away from the Stalions talk, for the most part, but a new development says otherwise.

According to Stalions himself, he was trying to help Ohio State beat Michigan State back in 2021 when the two teams met up in Columbus just a couple of weeks after the Spartans took down Michigan in East Lansing.

Stalions appeared on Taylor Lewan's podcast recently and talked about that, stating that he gave the Buckeyes Michigan State's signals to ensure that they beat the Spartans.

Stalions stated that he wanted to make sure Ohio State won to give Michigan a chance to control its own fate in the season finale against the Buckeyes and so that the Spartans wouldn't make the Big Ten title game over them.

So he made sure the Spartans' signs got to Ohio State via a third party source because, well, he wasn't sure that the Buckeyes would accept help from a Michigan source.

The former Michigan staffer admitted that Ohio State probably didn't need the signs (they were up 49-0 at half) but he wanted to make sure the Buckeyes had the option to use them regardless. He also said that Ohio State has staffers who do what he does so they "probably already had them".

Just another wild development in the Stalions saga and this time it affected Michigan State.
