3. Let's go bowling

This may be higher on the list for some, but this is something that I think has to happen in 2025 to avoid potential consequences for the coaching staff and athletic staff alike.

The team hasn't seen a bowl game in over three seasons -- since Michigan State defeated Pitt in the Peach Bowl back in 2021. It's time for Michigan State to get back to late-December football.

This goes hand-in-hand with an Aidan Chiles breakout season, but this also should include steps up by the defense and the ability to establish a run game when necessary. The team needs to take care of business in the non-conference schedule and games against lesser Big Ten opponents, along with an upset or two in order to set themselves up well for bowl season.
