1. Aidan Chiles, QB

Speaking of ending the year on a strong note, that is exactly what we need out of quarterback Aidan Chiles. He has already done a good job of that since the first bye week. Before the first bye week, Chiles had an 8-13 touchdown-to-turnover ratio. Since Week 8 against Iowa, he has five touchdowns to four turnovers -- still not great, but much better than the beginning of the year.

He is taking better care of the football, making smarter decisions, and had arguably his most impressive game of the year against Illinois, logging 256 passing yards, two touchdowns, no interceptions, and 66 additional yards on the ground. It didn't end up as a win, but the defense never truly gave the offense a chance either.

Ending the year on a high note would be a bit of a relief for this fanbase. It would not only quiet discussion around the quarterback position throughout the offseason, but it would also be good for Chiles' confidence to get a couple of wins and clean games to end the season.

Purdue is a great opportunity to log your first big game. The Purdue secondary has been taken advantage of often this season and there is no reason for it to be different for MSU.

Chiles and Co. should have a field day.
