2. Jaxon Kohler finally has a scoring outburst

I really don't want to be that guy because I think Jaxon Kohler has been one of the most improved players on the team this year, but he needs to do more on the offensive end of the floor.

Kohler is one of the better rebounders in the Big Ten, averaging 8.2 per game which is actually good for 67th in all of college basketball, but his 7.9 points per game leaves a lot to be desired from a starting big man. He looked like he was going to be a go-to scorer in the post early in the season when he scored 20 against Niagara and 12 against Kansas, but since then, he's only hit double figures three times.

That changes on Wednesday night.

Kohler has flirted with double-digit scoring a few times over the past seven games, but he needs to provide more on that end of the floor. He'll showcase his post moves against Penn State, finishing with 15 points, his second-most of the season, to go along with nine rebounds.
