2. MSU has two really good, young quarterbacks

To the surprise of some, Katin Houser got the start on Saturday afternoon and he played really well. He had struggled in the previous couple of games against Michigan and Minnesota, but he bounced back to have his best game as a Spartan.

Houser finished the game with 165 yards and a touchdown on 13-of-20 completions. He was making all the throws and showed just why everyone was high on him coming in.

And we also got to see true freshman Sam Leavitt who only threw two passes, but one was a beautiful touchdown throw to Montorie Foster Jr. He also showcased his legs and proved that he could be a threat through the air and on the ground.

Both quarterbacks showed flashes of brilliance and it told us all one thing: Michigan State has two really good, young quarterbacks who, with the right coaching, could become stars.
