2. Gambling

Everyone’s favorite pastime is a great way to make just about anything interesting from your child’s little league games to the grocery packing contest when ESPN does their “Ocho” day.

This can work in one of two ways. Bet the Spartans so now you have a true rooting interest in seeing your team succeed and the joy of winning or agony of losing is just as fresh as if every game was a playoff game. Or if you already live and die with every Spartan game, bet on the opponent, so either your happy that your team won or your happy that that the Spartans’ poor play led to affording those golf lessons you’ve always wanted.

Who can say no to a win-win situation?
