2. Famous alumni
Not related to football but just some fun facts about who attended the University of Richmond at some point: former Detroit Tigers 1st baseman Sean “The Mayor” Casey, NFL draft analyst Todd McShay, rapper Lil Dicky, and former Washington Football Team/Commanders president Bruce Allen, whose tenure was highlighted by losing (yes, just losing may have been the best thing he did) and low-lighted by his abhorrent email exchanges with Jon Gruden.
Not a bad list of alums as most of these guys have been prominent in their respective fields. Tigers fans still love Casey to this day.
