Hailing from IMG Academy, Jordan Hall has played against some of the best competition out there so he knows what it’s going to take to crack the regular playing rotation early on.

When he committed to Michigan State, he immediately became a fan favorite. Video was made public of his commitment during his official visit last summer as he spoke in front of dozens of fellow recruits, players, and coaches at Mel Tucker’s house and became a Spartan. It was then that fans knew he was going to be special. He showed that during the spring scrimmage.

Not only is he a gifted linebacker, but he’s an incredible leader. He was a three-time captain at IMG Academy which is unheard of and he’s the perfect role model off the field.

I have a feeling that he’s going to become one of the best leaders that Michigan State has ever had at the linebacker position and there have been some absolute legends there.

Linebacker is a strength this year, but Hall looked so good during the spring that I think he gets some playing time in Scottie Hazelton’s defense. He’s just too polished not to.
