Like: Malik Hall

Not once did I see Malik Hall try to drive the lane when he was matched up one-on-one. I’ll live with him going 0-for-4 from deep because those shots will eventually fall or lead to long gettable rebounds.

A turnover or contested two is probably the worst case scenario and Hall found himself in the position too many times in the past. His impact came with two huge offensive rebounds, leading to a put back and late in the game that allowed the Spartans to run the clock down and Tyson Walker to make yet another huge jumper.

Add three steals to the mix and Malik had himself maybe his best game in the month of March.
