2. Another AJ Hoggard double-double

We saw AJ Hoggard have one of his best games as a Spartan at Nebraska on Tuesday night, dishing out a school record-tying 14 assists on the road. He also added 10 points, but he was much more of a facilitator than a scorer against the Cornhuskers in a comeback effort.

Michigan State needs him to continue this elite passing on Saturday afternoon if it’s going to take down a suddenly-hot Ohio State team on Senior Day.

I think he’ll do just that.

Hoggard will continue the great-vision, up-tempo play and look for others to get open before trying to create for himself. He’ll still finish with 12 points, but he’ll follow up his great game at Nebraska with 11 more assists against the Buckeyes.
