Joey Hauser: A

Honestly, I could have given Joey Hauser an A+ for his performance at Ohio State but I’m very hesitant to hand out a grade like that unless a player has his best game of the season.

Was this Joey’s best game? It very well could have been, but he’s been so good this year that there are probably 4-5 others that could make that case as well. Still, this performance deserves every bit of an A and if it were a final exam, he would have passed with a 4.0, pacing the rest of the class.

Hauser scored 22 points and was 8-for-13 from the floor, having one of his best offensive games of the season. He was also 6-for-9 from deep and had eight rebounds, two assists, and a block.

This was also one of his better defensive games of the year. Hauser held his own on defense while putting the offense on his back.

The Joey we saw a year ago compared to the one we see now is night and day.
