1. Michigan State gets back on track with a comfortable win

Maryland is playing as well as anyone in the Big Ten right now. The Terrapins are winners of four straight, including blowout wins over Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Minnesota and an 11-point victory over Indiana.

It’s going to be tough to take down the Terrapins on Tuesday night.

But Maryland is just 2-5 on the road this season and that’s going to play into the Spartans’ favor. They’ll be prepared this time and they’ll come out swinging early with a nice lead in the first few minutes, only extending it before halftime.

Michigan State is going to play one of its most complete games of the season and it’ll come away with a much-needed victory over the Terrapins to improve to 15-9 and add another quality win to the resume.

I’m not going with a double-digit win here, but I think Michigan State covers the spread of -4 and really impresses with a complete game on both ends.
