The dream signing day addition for Michigan State would have to be four-star offensive tackle Chimdy Onoh from Maryland.

Onoh is one of the top uncommitted prospects in the 2023 class, sitting at No. 149 overall in the 247Sports rankings as well as the 13th-best offensive tackle. He would be a massive late addition for Michigan State and would rival Ma’a Gaoteote as the best signing day addition for the Spartans in the Mel Tucker era.

But the Spartans have their hands full with Penn State looking like the current favorite to land him and both Rutgers and Ole Miss also in the running.

Still, Onoh would be a perfect fit in East Lansing as he could sit for a year and then push for a starting tackle spot in 2024 alongside guys like Stanton Ramil and Cole Dellinger.

The offensive line continues to improve with better recruiting and Onoh would be a heck of a finish to an already-solid three-man class.
