2. Two Spartans finish with 10-plus rebounds

I think Tuesday’s game will be one of those low-scoring affairs that Wisconsin has loved to play over the years. And if that’s the case, we’ll see a lot of missed shots and rebounds.

That may play right into Michigan State’s hands as Wisconsin is not a great rebounding team and if Tyler Wahl is out, that makes the Badgers even worse — he’s their second-leading rebounder. We’re going to see Joey Hauser eat on the glass yet again and Mady Sissoko will also join in on the fun as they each finish with at least 10 rebounds.

Hauser has had some big games against Wisconsin in the past as it feels like he enjoys facing the team he once spurned for Marquette out of high school. He’ll have another good game here. The senior forward has been ice-cold offensively over the past couple of games, so maybe he’ll snag some offensive boards to get him some easy buckets and also get him back on track.

Sissoko has been more aggressive on the glass recently and that’s something Tom Izzo has to love. He’s going to continue that against a poor rebounding Wisconsin team (potentially) without Wahl.

Hauser will have 11 rebounds and Sissoko will finish with 10.
