1. Michigan State wins convincingly

Don’t get me wrong, I think this may be the best Nebraska game we’ve seen since Fred Hoiberg took over a few years ago, but Tom Izzo has had a ton of success against the Cornhuskers — especially at home.

Nebraska will come in hoping for an upset against the full-healthy Spartans, but Michigan State will have other ideas, controlling the game from start to finish.

I’m not saying this game won’t be close for a while (it will) but Michigan State is going to hold a lead early on and take it into halftime before extending in the second half.

We’ll see a hot-shooting team step up and Malik Hall’s presence will make a huge difference. Not only that, but AJ Hoggard and Joey Hauser will continue to play well and Jaden Akins will stay hot after making 11 of his last 15 shots from 3-point range.

Izzo will have a tough time saying anything bad about this win as the Spartans will feed off the rocking alumni Izzone. I’m going with a 10-point win.
