2. Michigan State hits at least 10 threes

Nebraska has one of the better defenses Michigan State has faced this season and the Cornhuskers play aggressively. They average six steals per game and allow just under 65 points per game but Michigan State is going to take advantage of Malik Hall being back, moving the ball around effectively and finding open shooters.

Tyson Walker has been relatively cold from distance over the past month but that’ll change against the Cornhuskers as he’ll finish with two threes, AJ Hoggard will have one, Joey Hauser finishes with three, Jaden Akins adds two, and Hall will also convert a couple.

Michigan State is going to put pressure on that Nebraska defense since every single player on the roster not named Mady Sissoko, Carson Cooper, or Jaxon Kohler can make threes.

The Spartans have hit 10 threes already this season — most recently against Oakland — but they’ll hit more against the Cornhuskers.

The offense will continue to hum on Tuesday night.
