Talk about a high ceiling, Bai Jobe has what it takes to be a superstar in East Lansing.

Plus he has an elite developer in Brandon Jordan who could mold him into one of the best defensive linemen in the Big Ten, if not the country. Jobe is in the perfect spot, especially considering he’s still so raw and his ceiling is scary high.

A really good offseason could see him soar up the depth chart to one of those top two spots at end, especially if he adds needed muscle. His frame will be worked on all offseason long and he’ll get the coaching he needs from Jordan and Marco Coleman that could make him a legitimate Freshman All-American candidate.

Jobe is the No. 82 prospect in the class and Michigan State’s top signee in the Mel Tucker era. There’s a reason Alabama was making a push for him until he closed the door on his recruitment and remained with the Spartans.

I could see Jobe pushing for a two-deep spot immediately and starting by year two.
