1. Keyshawn Blackstock, 4-star JUCO OL

The only JUCO prospect on this list happens to be the best “interior” offensive lineman at that level in the 2023 class. Keyshawn Blackstock is listed as an interior offensive lineman on 247Sports, but he could play either tackle or guard at the next level.

Michigan State could use both.

Blackstock has taken an official to East Lansing already and it feels like the Spartans are in really good shape for the four-star lineman from Coffeyville C.C.

The 6-foot-5, 315-pound lineman is being targeted by a number of top schools such as Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, and USC, but the Spartans seem to be pushing the hardest so far. And he’d be the perfect addition to a class that landed its top offensive line commit in years (Stanton Ramil).

Blackstock fills the biggest need and he would immediately improve that line. He’d open up the run game and the offense would have a much brighter outlook with him anchoring a tackle spot.

The four-star is ranked the No. 7 JUCO transfer in the country.
